Design principles for TAPMI Virtual program in banking, insurance and financial markets:

a. Differentiated program – Management program in a sectoral context

b. Interactive and Applied learning

i. Applied Learning through case study, project work, assignments and discussion posts

ii. Hands on training in TAPMI Finance lab that houses Bloomberg and Reuters terminals

iii. Comprehensive learning: 320 hours class room learning — 240 hours Virtual classroom learning and 80 hours of campus classroom learning

c. Learning delivery by high calibre faculty

i. TAPMI faculty who teach the 2-year PG program in Banking and financial services will deliver this program the same pedagogy mix

ii. Discussion posts and Chat facility to engage with faculty

d. Learning Augmentation

i. TAPMI Learning and engagement platform (LEAP) and Learning Tab will augment the learning of the participants

ii. TAPMI LEAP will have leaning management, knowledge management and classroom engagement functionalities

iii. Classroom engagement will consist of features such as Screen share, Quiz, Polls

iv. Course content and e-book for each course will be uploaded in the TAB

v. Learning Management component will facilitate capture of learning trail and notes that is digitally captured for easy indexing and retrieval

vi. Digital books to facilitate multi-media learning, search/research, align with learning trail, additional learning content and tools

vii. Off Classroom engagement: Discussion threads, posts, chat, Notification, alerts and schedules on your mobile
