Integrated Program in Management (IPM) aims to inculcate management practices among future professionals at a young age. The program uses an innovative and inclusive academic pedagogy of global standards based on an Integrative and multidisciplinary curriculum. The five year full-time integrated program is strategically designed with a blend of analytical, social, humanities, management, and skill-based courses. At the end of the five-year academic experience, the candidates who have successfully completed the (program) academic requirements would be awarded the degree of an MBA along with a BBA degree.
The program objectives are as follows:
- To impart necessary knowledge, skills, and attitude to students to take up challenging managerial roles in varied management functions across different industries.
- To empower young managerial aspirants by making them well-versed with external business environments in national and international business contexts.
- To train young managerial aspirants on interpersonal skills in structured, unstructured, and cross-cultural environments.
- To teach students the importance of ethics and social responsibility while managing any business.
- To seed intrapreneurial and entrepreneurial acumen along with an aptitude to take calculated risks.
- To empower students with leadership and managerial decision-making skills that enhance their ability to continuously identify and grab right opportunities, think critically, and communicate effectively to solve pertinent problems.
