TAPMI looks for faculty, who would like to part of such a journey. TAPMI is located in a 44.11-acre green campus, situated on a hillock, and overlooking a scenic valley. The campus provides state-of-the-art facilities for management teaching, research, training and consulting, apart from entertainment and recreation. It is a fully residential and is equipped with Wi-Fi facility.
Faculty for Full Time Positions
Faculty is the greatest of strength for TAPMI. Being an autonomous institute and with great academic and administrative freedom, Faculty always involved in the Strategic as well as operational decision making process. TAPMI is a faculty driven institute. This had been the essence of TAPMI’s phenomenal growth. The faculty are spread around areas of Marketing, Finance, Operations, HR, Strategy, IT& Analytics, bring in a rich blend of experience in academics and industry. Most of them are PhD holders from reputed institutions too. Faculty are expected to excel and contribute through 3 things: 1. Teaching and training 2. Research and 3. Academic Administration/ Services. The first 2 has greatly helped TAPMI to emerge as a top ranked b-school in the country. Full time Faculty Position openings are available for Assistant Professors, Associate Professors and Professors in the below given areas:
Operations, Marketing (Digital marketing, International Marketing and Marketing Analytics), Finance, Banking, Human Resources, IT & Analytics, Strategy, Communication Ethics & Corporate Social Responsibility.
Pay scales are on par with best of Private B-Schools in India.
Allowances include DA, HRA and Conveyance Allowance etc.
Benefits include PF, Gratuity, LTC, Medical Facility, Campus Housing, Performance Incentives, etc.
Research is highly encouraged. Professional Development Fund (PDF) for research, every year to each faculty, which can accumulated for 3 years.
Leave Facilities include- Casual Leave, Earned Leave, Vacation Leave, etc.

Faculty for Adjunct and Guest faculty Positions
TAPMI also invites outstanding teachers, researchers and executives from the industry to apply for Adjunct and Guest Faculty Positions and even sabbatical positions at its Manipal campus in India. The duration of the sabbatical can be from 1-3 months to 24 months. Such positions require one to stay at Manipal during their tenure and their functions would include:
Teaching post graduate management students.
Conducting joint research with TAPMI faculty and publishing papers.
Contribute towards the curriculum development process of the institute.
Coordinating and conducting Executive training programmes.
The remuneration payable matches with the best in practise.
