EEP – Areas of Expertise and Faculty Competence

TAPMI’s EEPs are known for depth, rigor and customization. TAPMI creates a team of academicians and practitioners for every Program to ensure that participants and sponsoring organizations receive value for money. The team will work on understanding the clients’ business and arrives at solutions to translate learning to results at the workplace. TAPMI’s portfolio of Executive Education Programs provide working professionals with a targeted and flexible means to prepare for the next steps in their career and then work to enable their organizations for future growth.

The methods of delivery/pedagogy of the programs are an optimum mix of cases, discussions and analysis, simulation games and classroom discussions involving experience sharing and role plays. The methods adopted are decided on the basis of specific issue on which training is undertaken as well as on the skill requirement and level of working. The participants are also encouraged to discuss problems/issues pertaining to their company, and seek expert advice from the resource faculty. TAPMI has about 52 full time faculty with most of them having PhDs from reputed institutions India and abroad. Several of them have industry experience as well. Some of TAPMI faculty are trained at Harvard Business School, Boston, on the case method of teaching and learning.
