Prof. Ajit Nayak

Dr. Ajit Nayak is a distinguished Professor of Strategic Management at the Southampton Business School. Dr. Nayak’s ongoing research focuses on various aspects, including how organizations innovate and cultivate new capabilities, achieve digital transformation, and how CEOs drive sustainability transitions.
