TAPMI Placements 2022: TA Pai Management Institute (TAPMI) Manipal has concluded its recruitment drive with 100 percent campus placements for its flagship Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PDGM-BKFS) for the 2021-23 batch. The average salary during the placement drive stood at INR 15.7 lakh.
“This year, the highest package is INR 22.3 lakh and the average CTC of the top 10 students is INR 21.7 lakh. TAPMI has achieved an almost 4.1 times increase in the post-program salary in comparison to the pre-program salary,” the institute said in a statement.
TAPMI Manipal has been ranked 38 in the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) India Ranking 2022.
Fifty-nine students were eligible for placements this year and all of them were placed across 21 companies. 17 students were offered pre-placements through summer internships with an average package of INR 15.7 lakh.
The top recruiters who participated in the TAPMI placement 2022 include Arcesium, Accenture Operations, CitiCorp, CRISIL, Deloitte, EY GDS, EY India, Goldman Sachs, HCL, HDFC Bank, HSBC Bank, ITH Technologies, Jean Martin, JPMorgan Chase & Co., Kotak Bank, Lowe’s, SBI Capital, TATA Capital, ThemePro, Tresvista, Wells Fargo.
Commenting on this year’s placement, TAPMI director Madhu Veeraraghavan said: “TAPMI’s strong placement is an outcome of our industry-relevant curriculum that focuses on imparting skills and competencies to contend with challenges and opportunities in today’s complex environment.”
