TAPMI Bengaluru
Executive Education

Bengaluru Campus: Set in India’s tech hub, offering industry exposure and urban vibrancy.

TAPMI Bengaluru Executive Education offers open programmes for individuals and bespoke learning solutions for Enterprise/Organisations and International Partner programmes delivered in various modes and formats and cutting-edge pedagogy, allowing professionals to enhance their skills without career interruption.

We begin by understanding the client’s business goals, learning objectives, and audience to ensure alignment and relevance. This flows into a collaborative design and development process, where we conduct diagnostic studies and co-create high-level and detailed designs rooted in strong pedagogical principles.

Delivery is built around structure, modality, and experiential learning to ensure meaningful engagement and practical insight. Finally, we assess the impact through feedback and outcome evaluation with the client, incorporating improvements where needed. This integrated approach ensures that learning is purposeful, contextually rich, and transformational in its impact.

Our design philosophy values clarity, collaboration, contextualisation, and continuous improvement. Each learning journey is carefully analysed, collaboratively developed, creatively delivered, and thoughtfully assessed—ensuring that our programs are strategic in purpose, human in design, and transformational in impact.

The focus of all our programmes is experiential learning, either by, Action Learning Projects, Capstone, Simulations, Panel discussions, Masterclasses, Coaching and LADC.

At TAPMI’s Leadership Assessment & Development Center (LADC), we nurture transformational leaders equipped to thrive in a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) world. We enable self-awareness, skill enhancement, and leadership transformation through a proven six-step process.

    • Integrated Arts Based Intervention (IABI) stands out as a transformative approach to employee development by fostering genuine, voluntary participation. Participants go through a reflexive experience with four art modalities: Visual arts, Music, Movement and Theatre. They can actively immerse themselves in creating an artifact—exploring each other’s strengths, sharing responsibilities, exchanging ideas, planning resource use, making decisions, and collaborating seamlessly. What makes IABI truly distinctive is its focus on autonomy and the joy of the creative process rather than the pressure of achieving a perfect outcome. By embracing a non-evaluative arts-based practice, organizations can cultivate a safe space for free expression—where individuals are encouraged to explore their bodies, actions, ideas, emotions, thoughts, materials, and surroundings. This liberating environment sparks curiosity and nurtures openness to break free from one’s pattern, thereby inspiring agile behaviors essential for today’s dynamic workplaces.
