Utkarsh is faculty in IT area at TAPMI, Bengaluru campus, MAHE. He is currently a PhD candidate at IFMR GSB, Krea University, India. His research interests include Information and Communication Technology for Development, E-Governance and intersection of Technology and Education. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from School of Engineering and Technology, Jain University, Bengaluru, India and Master of Arts in Development Studies from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, India. He also has been a Project Associate at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Mandi, India.
