Professor Sunil is a strategic healthcare leader with over 11 years of experience in non-profit healthcare organizations. He recently submitted his doctoral thesis at the Indian Institute of Management Ranchi, holds a gold medal from his undergraduate studies, and secured fifth rank in his university during post-graduation. Over the years, he has led large-scale national and international public health and development projects with reputed organizations across India and Africa, shaping public policy, providing strategic and operational direction, and delivering impactful community development initiatives on diverse health and social issues. Skilled in managing geographically, culturally, and socially diverse teams, he has introduced processes and SOPs, streamlined workflows, and strengthened accountability to enhance productivity and effectiveness. His expertise lies in designing participatory, needs-driven programmes that reach marginalized communities, ensuring efficient implementation supported by rigorous monitoring and evaluation for measurable outcomes and lasting social impact.
He has published in reputed journals, and his research interests include healthcare business model innovation, strategic roadmaps, technology roadmapping, and rural entrepreneurship.
