Dr. Padmavathi Shenoy has nearly 14 years of experience in both industry and academia. She is currently the co-chair of Center for Sustainability and Competitiveness at T A Pai Management Institute, Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal, India. Dr. Shenoy has won research grants from ICSSR, NABARD and AICTE for projects related to women entrepreneurship, sustainable menstrual hygiene and employability enhancement. Dr. Shenoy has published in reputed academic journals and presented her work at international conferences organized by Academy of Management, USA, European Group for Organization Studies, UK and Italy. Dr. Shenoy delivers Consulting and Capacity Development programs for Social Impact, Personal Effectiveness, Group Dynamics, Leadership, and Design Thinking Social Change, equipping HR professionals and leaders with the skills to foster meaningful organizational impact.
