Dr. Manju Meenakshy has multifaceted experience, comprising 16 years in academia and 4 years in the tourism industry. She holds a master’s degree in Tourism Administration from Pondicherry Central University. She completed her doctoral research on electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM) in tourism at Symbiosis International (Deemed University), Pune. She has qualified National Eligibility Test (NET) and has received the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) Award from UGC.

She has taught marketing courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels, conducted sessions for Management Development Programs, and contributed to industry-funded research projects. Her experience in the tourism industry includes working with organizations such as SITA World Travel (I) Ltd, Airtravel Enterprises (I) Limited, and the District Tourism Promotion Council (Ministry of Tourism, Government of Kerala).
