Imnatila Pongen is a faculty member in the area of Operations and Decision Sciences, with a research focus on sustainable supply chains and closed-loop systems. Her work has been published in internationally recognized journals and presented at global academic conferences. She employs a mixed-methods approach, integrating MCDM, bibliometric analysis, contract modeling, structural equation modeling, and qualitative comparative analysis.
She is a doctoral scholar in Operations Management at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ranchi and holds degrees in Biomedical Engineering and an MBA in Marketing and Operations. She is passionate about teaching and curriculum development in supply chain and operations management.
