Dr. Himanshu Gupta is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources at T. A. Pai Management Institute (TAPMI), Bengaluru. He was previously associated with the International School of Business & Media, Pune as an Assistant Professor. He holds a Ph.D. in Management (OB & HR) from IIT Roorkee. He is UGC-NET qualified and has been awarded the Junior Research Fellowship in Commerce and Management. He is also a recipient of the Academic Excellence Award from Swami Shraddhanand College, University of Delhi. He has published papers in various international journals and has presented his research at multiple international conferences.
