Arushi Verma is an Assistant Professor in the Accounting, Economics, and Finance area at TAPMI. She holds a Ph.D. in Accounting and Finance from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow. Her research lies in the field of behavioral finance, with focus on how CEO characteristics influence financial markets. Before pursuing her doctoral studies, Arushi earned her MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Jammu, and Bachelor of Management Studies from University of Delhi. Prior to academia, she gained industry experience in the FMCG sector, working with leading firms such as Hindustan Unilever Limited. Her roles spanned e-commerce management, vendor management, and financial planning and analysis.
