Bidisha is Faculty Associate in the Department of Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and Sustainability, at the T. A. Pai Management Institute, (TAPMI) Bengaluru, India. She holds a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore, India. Her research is interdisciplinary in nature and focusses upon the organization design of startups with an emphasis on technology as a moderator in organizing. Prior to joining academia, she served as a Branch Head at Punjab National Bank, gaining a decade-long valuable industry experience. Her work experience that involved financial lending to the Indian MSME sector, shaped her research interests in entrepreneurship. She has presented her research in leading management conferences across USA, Canada, Denmark, Singapore and India.
