Dr Anuradha Saikia is a PhD. from Indian Institute of Management Shillong. Her primary research interests lie in Institutional Economics, MNE Subsidiary Management, and Emerging Markets. Her doctoral research titled “Multinational Enterprises (MNE) in India: Subsidiary Performance, Exits and the Subnational Institutional Context” combines institutional theory and subsidiary management literature to examine the impact of subnational institutions on MNE subsidiary performance and survival in an emerging market context.
