Aneesha M A is an Assistant Professor in the Accounting, Economics and Finance Area at T A Pai Management Institute. She holds a Ph.D. in Management with a specialization in Finance, Accounting, and Control from the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode. Her research interests span the fields of accounting, corporate finance, and corporate governance. Her doctoral thesis delved into the intricate relationship between investor behavior, corporate governance mechanisms, and market dynamics, particularly in the context of Initial Public Offerings (IPOs). Prior to her doctoral studies, she completed her Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Commerce from the University of Calicut.
