Biography

  • Varun Sharma is a doctoral fellow from the XLRI Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur in the area of Production, Operations and Decision Sciences. The title of his thesis is ‘Sustainable Supply Chain Management: Exploring Its Relationship with Operational Performance and Organizational Resilience’. Additionally, he is an MTech in the specialization of Industrial Management and has 2 years of managerial experience with Reliance Industries Limited. His areas of interest for research align with the application of digital technologies in Sustainable Supply Chain, Supply Chain Resilience and Supply Chain Disruption Management.
