Biography

  • Dr. Ritu Gupta has almost 10 years’ experience in academia. Prior to joining TAPMI she was working with IBS Hyderabad as Assistant and then Associate Professor. She has been given AIMS International Outstanding Young Woman Management Researcher Award in 2016 and Best Researcher in Management (HR Area) by ICBM-AMP for academic excellence in 2017. She was a visiting scholar at Oklahoma State University for the year 2011-2012. She has published research papers in journals of international repute and has presented papers in international conferences. Her research interests include time perspective, expatriate issues, retirement and qualitative research methodology.
