Ritu Gupta is a faculty member in the Department of Operations and Decision Sciences at TAPMI, Manipal, India. She holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the Institute of Basic Science, Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra. With over fifteen years of academic experience, she has published numerous research papers in reputed journals and refereed conference proceedings. She has also presented her work at several national and international conferences and seminars. Her research interests include reliability modeling of software and hardware systems, performance modeling of fault-tolerant systems, machine repair models, and queuing and inventory management problems.
