Dr. Kumar Sanjay Sawarni holds an engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT-ISM), Dhanbad, and a postgraduate degree in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ranchi. He has earned his Ph.D. in Accounting and Finance from IIM Ranchi. With close to 32 years of professional experience, Dr. Sawarni has made significant contributions across consulting, project finance, transaction advisory, project management, corporate training, and business leadership. He brings valuable international experience, having worked in countries such as Australia and Mali (West Africa). Prior to joining TAPMI, he served as General Manager (Academics) at the Management Training Institute of the Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), Ranchi, where he led key academic and training initiatives.
