Anu Rani is faculty in the Information Systems area at TAPMI, Bengaluru campus, MAHE. She holds a PhD in Information Systems from the Vinod Gupta School of Management, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur, India, where her doctoral work examined the impact of physician profile information on appointment bookings in online healthcare platforms. She holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Software Engineering. She has also been a Master's Dissertation Trainee for one year at the CSIR-Central Scientific Instruments Organisation (CSIR-CSIO), Chandigarh, India. Her research interests include online healthcare platforms, user-generated content, and digital consumer decision-making.
