T A Pai Management Institute (TAPMI), a constituent unit of Manipal Academy of Higher Education, held the induction programme for the Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) 2025-2030 batch on 9 August 2025. The day included an orientation session and interactions between parents, faculty and new students.
Welcoming the batch, Rajeev Kumra, Director, TAPMI, spoke about the institute’s focus on academic rigour, discipline and holistic development through studies, projects, competitions, sports and cultural activities.
He also highlighted hostel life as an opportunity to build leadership, teamwork and resilience, and encouraged students to embrace challenges and develop skills beyond academics.
