Dr. Ashish Kalra is an Associate Professor of Marketing at the University of Dayton (Ph.D.- The University of Texas at Arlington). Prior to joining his Ph.D., he has worked as a business analyst at top financial brands in the analytics domain.
His research interests primarily lie in the area of organizational frontline employees, sales and sales management, and services marketing. He uses survey methodology and experiments to gain empirical insights for his research. His broader research focus is on developing effective business strategies to enhance frontline employee engagement, customer engagement, and customer co-creation opportunities.
