T A Pai Management Institute (TAPMI) began the academic year for the 2025–27 batch on 21 June 2025, admitting 563 students across various MBA programmes. These include the forty-third batch of the core MBA, the twelfth batch of MBA in Banking & Financial Services (BKFS), the eighth batch of MBA in Human Resources (HRM), the seventh batch of MBA in Marketing, the fourth batch of MBA in International Business (IB), and the first cohort of MBA in Artificial Intelligence & Data Science (AI&DS).
Niranjan Kalyandurg, President, Honeywell Technology Solutions and alumnus of TAPMI’s 1989–1991 batch, addressed students as Chief Guest. He advised the incoming class to look beyond academic performance, encouraging the application of learning in real-world contexts, cross-disciplinary thinking, and a problem-solving approach. He underscored the importance of teamwork, communication, responsible use of AI, and adherence to ethical principles.
