Biography

  • Prof. Vasanth Kamath obtained his PhD in System Dynamics from Manipal University, India. Currently, he works as an Associate Professor in the area of Operations Management, where he teaches courses in Operations Management, Project Management, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, and Simulations & System Dynamics Modeling.
  • He is a member of the System Dynamics Society, and International Association of Engineers, London, UK. His methodological research focusses on methods and techniques for dealing with dynamically complex policy issues. His applied research interests include (but are not limited to) model-based policy support related to business, energy and environment, and public policy in general. Also, he likes to work in the area of Event Management and Tourism.
