Marketing Management




  • After completion of graduation in the stream of Rehabilitation Sciences, Swapnarag Swain joined MBA program at KIIT School of Management, KIIT University where he was awarded with the prestigious gold medal for being the best all-rounder for the batch of 2007-09. Besides UGC-NET, he has completed doctoral research from Utkal University in the area of service quality management practices in hospitals. Prior to joining TAPMI, he has nearly eight years of experience in teaching and industry. In industry, he has been in to several roles in the area of Sales & Marketing, Client relationship, and Market Research. He has been associated with reputed universities like NALSAR University of Law-Hyderabad, National Law University-Odisha and Lovely Professional University-Punjab. He has special interest in conducting Workshops, MDPs, FDPs and preparing Industry reports. His keen interest in business research has made him gain expertise on research and statistical packages like SPSS, MS-Excel, and Minitab.
