Biography

  • Kaustav Saha is a doctorate in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ranchi with specialization in Strategic Management. His research interest lies in Entrepreneurial Orientation and New Venture Performance. He teaches courses in the area of Strategy and Entrepreneurship including Strategic Management, Strategy Simulation, and the field-based course, Shark Tank.
  • He is a graduate in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Asansol Engineering College. He has worked as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Nokia Siemens Networks for about six months and subsequently as a Probationary Officer at Bank of Baroda for about eight months.
