  • Dr. Pratyush Banerjee is at present Assistant Professor in the Department of Human Resource Management, T A Pai Management Institute (TAPMI). Prior to joining TAPMI, he was associated with the Department of Management, BITS Pilani, Pilani Campus from June 2017-June 2019, and the Department of Human Resource Management at IBS Hyderabad, IFHE University from June 2015-June 2017. His area of research is in HR Analytics, HR Planning, HR Audit and E-HRM.
    Dr. Banerjee completed his PhD in 2014 from ICFAI University Dehradun on the topic ‘E-recruitment’. He holds a PGDM with HRM specialization from AIMA and a B.Tech in Electronics and Telecommunications from Kalyani University, West Bengal. He had brief stints in the Telecom and the RPO industries before pursuing a career in academics. Overall he has five years of post-PhD experience as a Management educator.
    Dr. Banerjee has contributed several research papers to Scopus abstracted and ABDC/ABS ranked Journals published by reputed international publishers. He has also contributed several case studies for the Case Center/ ICMR CDC. Recetly, his book on HR Analytics has been published by Sage Publication, India. He is presently serving as an editorial board member for The Qualitative Report, a peer reviewed journal published from Nova South-Eastern University, USA. His research papers have been presented in reputed conferences held abroad such as the Oxford University, UK and the Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China.
    Dr. Banerjee holds a certificate in Business Analytics from Carlton Advanced Management Institute (UK) and he is a Certified HR Analytics Professional from Aon-Hewitt. He has conducted MDPs and FDPs on HR/Business Analytics. A member of the Indian Society for Training and Development and the Analytics Society of India (IIM Bangalore), Pratyush believes in continuous improvement and learning.
