  • Prof Kedareshwaran Subramanian has a total work experience of over sixteen years of which the last twelve years has been with academia. Prior to that, he worked in the IT industry as a software engineer and business analyst. He has been working in the Operations and Information Science department in TAPMI for the last six years. Prior to joining TAPMI, he has worked as a faculty at NMIMS Deemed-to-be University, School of Technology Management & Engineering (MPSTME), Mumbai for six years.


  • IT for Business, Excel Programming using VBA, Descriptive and Visual Analytics, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) & Business Process Management (BPM).


  • His area of research is in the intersection of marketing and information systems. Particularly his research is the area of customer churn, customer analytics and customer information privacy issues.
