Biography

  • Prof. Happy Paul earned a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from IIT Roorkee. Prior to that he obtained his MBA degree in Human Resource from Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun. He has also qualified UGC NET (JRF). He has over 8 years of experience in academia. Before joining TAPMI, he has worked as Assistant Professor at Graphic Era Deemed University, Dehradun. He has also worked at IIM Jammu for a short period of time. Currently he is Associate Professor in HR & OB Area at TAPMI.

    He has published papers in reputed journals and has presented his work in international and national conferences. He is a member of Academy of Management and All India Management Association and has been a reviewer for leading conferences and journals.

    In his leisure time he loves to play cricket and table tennis.
