Biography
- Cledwyn Fernandez is pursuing his Ph.D. in Economics from XLRI, Xavier School of Management. His thesis title is: ‘Essays on the economics of the postal industry’. He has completed his graduation in Economics from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata and his post-graduation in Economics from Christ University, Bangalore. He received a Gold Medal for achieving the first rank in his post-graduation degree.
