Induction Program 2019-21
The Director and the Faculty of TAPMI warmly welcome the new batch of students with a formal induction program. The students are introduced to the teaching and are invited to be a part of this energetic, passionate and successful community. The program included an orientation session with the parents, wherein the Director of TAPMI along with the faculty members interacted with the families of students detailing the program and campus facilities among others.
Ms. Priyanka Neogi
An alumnus of 2003 batch of TAPMI, Priyanka Neogi have been with Kotak since 2005 and started her career as a Relationship Manager in Priority Business, post this she became an Investment Counsellor for Mumbai region and then was a Branch Manager at Chembur branch. After this she was with Digital Banking for about 6 years and just recently became the National Head (VP) – Privy Programme and product.
Post-TAPMI she was placed with Eserve which was then a subsidiary to Citigroup and was placed in Mumbai to look after Documentary Collections (Trade) 2004-2004. 2004-2005 she joined an investment firm started by ex-Merrill Lynch team and worked for 1 year before joining Kotak.
Ms. Rima S Naware, Director – HR, Inventivo India, Mumbai
An alumnus of 2005 batch of TAPMI, Rima Naware started her career as an HR specialist with the Infosys group of companies which formed the defining part of the first decade of her professional journey.
She led the campus recruitment, employer branding, and internal sourcing functions at Infosys BPO for a period of 4 years after which she shifted to the BP HR role with Infosys Technologies. Her next stint was with Electrolux, as the Regional HR Head for their APAC shared service center, based in Malaysia. 4 years ago, Rima moved to Mumbai and started her own HR consulting firm that delivers 360-degree tailor-made HR services to clients across the country, by partnering on recruitment mandates, solutioning sharp-point HR transitional programs and building deep HR capabilities for organizations. Through the Inventivo working model, Rima also heads the HR strategy and planning function for NextGen Healthcare India, a premier US healthcare solutions firm. As a team of 10 women now. Inventivo has executed several hundred recruitment mandates across various industries and skillsets, and members have been performing the role of HR for startups who are keen to glean from seasoned HR leaders.
