Ms. Pratibha Jaghani, alumnus of I994-96 batch has been awarded Ph.D. for her research work on “Enhancing Organizational effectiveness in competitive scenario – with special reference to public sector general insurers in India” under the guidance of Dr. Gitika Kapoor, Director, RA Podar Institute of Management, Jaipur. Dr. Pratibha is currently working as Asst. Manager at The Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd., Jaipur.
