The dramatic shift in global perception of India is a recognition of India’s unique strengths” he added. Shri M.K. “Holistic management education needs to be a combination of both classroom pedagogy as well as experiential learning. In addition, the mind of the student needs to be enriched by interaction with men of eminence, who is leader in their own spheres of work. By listening to thought leaders, and the consequent interaction and exchange of ideas, the students establish the connects between what is learnt in the class room, and real time application and practice of effective management and leadership. Hence the Leadership Lecture Series was conceived so that a platform is created to enable the above to happen” said Prof. Raghunath Rudran, TAPMI.
