I STILL REMEMBER TAPMI

For the / when I Was...

  • Occasional Chats at backside of generator room.
  • Painting for BrandScan stall decoration.
  • Returning back to hostel at 4 am from Atharva den to hostel with godzi
  • Working for Atharva while enjoying DJ TS‘s trance inside the den
  • Trip with Tejaswi to Mysore without taking permission to watch Magadheera.
  • Waking up everyone at 5 am to go to MIT ground for Speed athletics.
  • Watching Telugu channels on Tata sky in hostel – 1AM late Night where we used to pay the subscription fee.
  • Marketing research project on IPL where keeping a track on every advertisement of the IPL was a challenge.
  • Going to MIT and KMC for endpoint cricket permission.
  • Trips to Mangalore with Tejaswi on 1947 pulsar. Also pubbas J
  • Staying composed during Gladiators Volley ball match in speed‘10 finals
  • Pushan and I tasting food at various restaurants for free to decide Atharva dinner vendor.
  • Entrepreneurship presentation on RISING Cricket academy with the entire class laughing.
  • 2 hour long super lunch at Dishes with
    Godzi.
  • Playing "jackie Jackie" in the 3rd floor in high volume.
  • Playing long Cricket in the corridor and breaking many tubelights and replacing them without anyone noticing it.
  • Atharva interviews with my convener Ajit Nafde and "cheetah" Nikil bhat.
  • IPL-2 screening at the boy‘s hostel greens taking connection from Tata sky J
  • Never before and never again 22 day long break with no classes scheduled only for Suhasaria and me.
  • Performing Puja for getting sponsorship in Atharva den J
  • I can‘t forget the hard work put in by housekeeping guys at TAPMI.
  • ATHARVA.............................
  • First 2 weeks of rigour took a huge toll on me. Never did I work like that. Was pure torture!!!!!!!
  • PGP-1 Last bench classes with Sailesh Vamsi and Satish with Sailesh ticking the countdown in seconds for the class to get over.
  • One of the few lucky to witness my captain Arpita verma in full form Fighting for sports quiz in speed'11
  • Getting "-2" in MNAC where the second Lowest was 28J
  • Many discussions on relative grading with Vamsi Krishna and also with the director.
  • Staying back in college during X-mas break and see the campus "adhura" and suddenly decided to leave to Hyderabad. The entire previous night played super Carroms with Sarda arpita and godzi.
  • Being part of the team cinester in Episode‘10 the way we came back was awesome.
  • In dreams sleeping in hostel with my phone in silent mode with no idea of alarm ringing and 50 missed calls from Placecom during the most decisive 30 min at TAPMI i.e. 7 to 7 30 AM on placement day .
  • Every second spent at MARENA
  • Sitting alone in Library reading Business World in the basement.
  • Gladiators coming back from bottom of the table to almost to the top. I still remember Nikita shetty holding her stomach in pain unable to run yet she finished the marathon. Proud that there were many such superb players in my team.
  • Two new P words learnt from Prof. Rudrans induction class procrastinate and plagiarism.
  • The moment I saw my name in the top in the descriptive statistics of Ethics marks by Prof. Mascarenhas. I do take lot of pride in being the ETHICS Topper!!!! My only A+ J
  • Few scenes which Shashi and I shot for our shelved movie L
  • "HARSHA" asking questions to some eminent people like Montek Singh, Nirupama Rao in almost every leadership lecture. One such was instrumental in lifting the academic probation.
  • The day when I realised my dream of feeling the grass of ENDPOINT cricket ground thanks to Sridhar sir and Varun Alva.
  • Witnessing 10 ft long live King COBRA on the slope down to hostel.
  • Every beat of Southern SPICE DJ rocks!!!!
  • Prof. A K Roys Quality classes were one of the best in my life. GREEN BELT J
  • All this wouldn‘t have happened if Ms Sujatha wouldn‘t have called just hours before I was to leave to IMT where my father had alreadY paid the entire 1st year fee.
