Eligibility & Selection Process for Admission to the Program

Since the program is preparing for the participants for conceptualizing and managing large scale transformations which require leadership abilities and visionary skills it is aimed at middle and senior level executives who have had several years of management experience.

Eligibility: A bachelor's degree in any discipline with not less than 50% marks in aggregate.

Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant managerial / administrative experience in Government/Private Sector/NGO/Public Sector.

Short-listing Process*:

Candidates will be shortlisted based on 

  • Their past academic performance

  • The number of years of experience

  • The nature of their experience

  • The essays submitted as part of the application

  • Admissions test

Selection Process*

The final selection will be based on combined scores from

  • The short-listing stage

  • Panel interview

  • Final selection interview

TAPMI reserves the right to introduce other parameters and/or change a criterion.

Benchmarking

For benchmarking purpose, the shortlisted candidates will be required to submit scores from any of the recognized Management entrance exams CAT, XAT, GMAT etc. Scores which are not older than three years at the time of application will be accepted. Where a shortlisted candidate is unable an accepted score, a special test will be conducted by TAPMI.
