She acknowledged the fact that NSE played an important role in bringing about a paradigm shift in Indian financial market by discouraging the absence of transparency, improper practices and depleted role of investors in the market. Ms. Ramkrishna emphasized that demutualisation, hunger to learn, credibility in the system and a rule-bound market objective were the some of the guiding principles which led her team to achieve the objective of NSE – to transform Indian markets.
