Faculty Development Programmes (FDP) of TAPMI are rated very high on quality parameters. Every year TAPMI offers a large number of FDP for the benefit of fellow academicians and researchers in its campus at Manipal and at the Center for Executive Education, Bangalore. Teachers from various b-schools and university departments involved in teaching, research and training have been immensely benefitted from these programmes.
The pedagogy of these programmes are an optimum mix of cases, simulation, games and classroom discussions involving experience sharing. Participants are also encouraged to discuss their problems/issues and seek advises from the expert faculty, drawn from TAPMI, industry and national and international academic institutions. The faculty resource of FDP have rich experience in teaching, training, research, practice and consulting.
FDPs also focus on enhancement of quality of teaching and training in India, knowledge in functional domains,pedagogical skills as well as on honing research acumen of the participating members.
