Executive
Education Programme (EEP) is one of the core key
activities of the Institute. TAPMI has already conducted
short and long term programme for the executives and
managers of Mangalore Refinery and Chemicals (MRPL),
Oracle, Mphasis, Hewlett Packard, Ashok Leyland, BHEL,
Confederation of Indian Industry, Cognizant
Technologies, CSC India, Global Solutions, Infosys,
Himalaya Drug Company, Jindal Vijaynagar Steel, Mahila
Samakhya, MAHYCO, Manipal Media Group, Metlife India
Insurance, Synopsys Inc., Zeta Infotech, and Wipro. The
EEPs are known for depth, rigor and customization.
The
Programmes offered are general and customized, depending
on the needs of the target audience. TAPMI also offers
sector specific programme, 'eGovernance Programme for
Executives' under joint collaboration with National
Institute for Smart Governance, Hyderabad, funded by the
Central and State Governments, which is one of them.
The
pedagogy of the programmes is always an optimum mix of
cases, simulation, games and classroom discussions
involving experience sharing. The participants are also
encouraged to discuss problems/issues and seek expert
advice from the resource faculty.
