Executives in the junior and middle management levels of organizations, with immense potentials but whose growth ambitions have been hampered by a lack of formal management qualification would be immensely benefited by TAPMI Fastrack Programmes. It is a fact that the traditional programmes aimed at working professionals are of longer durations (more than a year and often 24 months), and participants find it difficult to ear mark such long time periods for study in parallel with their work. TAPMI’s Fast Track Programmes are an answer to this – shorter durations coupled with a lesser financial outgo, particularly relevant in these days of recession/slowdown. These programs, modular in nature, offer flexibility to the aspirants in terms of choice and timing. The participants will receive a certificate on successful completion of the respective modules.
The basic programme, an 11-month module, exposes the participants to the fundamentals of business and management and is a platform to understand the economic environment, basic business tools and the nuances of the business functions. Ideally suited to executives with 2-4 years of experience in organizations, these programmes would also be a launch pad for the advanced modules.
The advanced modules on the various functions – Marketing, Finance, Information Systems and Human Resources Management are of 5 months duration each with a mix of basic and specialized courses. These are ideally suited for executives who have a fair knowledge and understanding of business and organizations by virtue of their long years in industry. Executives in functional roles and with 5 plus years of exposure would benefit from these modules. Additionally, young executives, who have completed their basic module, can also enroll for one or more of these modules. The advanced modules will be scheduled at different periods during each year.
TAPMI has been in discussions with leading B-Schools and Universities globally on recognition of the above modules. TAPMI would be assisting participants in identifying suitable opportunities for career growth.
