Biography

  • Umesh Bamelobtained his PhD from IIT Roorkee in the year 2013. His PhD thesis titled ‘Organizational Climate and Role Efficacy as Predictors of Managerial Effectiveness’. His PhD thesis won the Highly Commended Award of the 2013 Emerald/European Foundation Management Development Outstanding Doctoral Research Awards in the Leadership & Organization Development category. He qualified UGC-JRF in HRM & IR in the year 2008.
    Previously, he was affiliated with NMIMS Mumbai and IIM Raipur.
