Prof George K.J has about 23 years of experience. He has worked in the Retail industry for close to 16 years. His last assignment was with a rural retail format as Head- Retail Operations and Marketing. Since 2009 he has worked with various B-Schools. Prof George is currently pursuing his PhD from ITM University in Raipur. His area of research is “Customer Intention to Complain” with respect to “Online Retail”. He has done his Bachelors of Arts and Masters of Arts with History as his specialization from Sri Venkateswara College. Delhi University. He has also done his MBA in “Retail Operations Management”.
