Management Development Programs (MDPs) are one of the key activities of the Institute. TAPMI has conducted short and long term programmes for the Executives and Managers of major organizations in India and abroad.
The major organizations that have partnered with TAPMI are Mangalore Refinery and Chemicals (MRPL), Oracle, Mphasis, Hewlett Packard, Ashok Leyland, BHEL, Confederation of Indian Industry, Cognizant Technologies, CSC India, Global Solutions, Infosys, Himalaya Drug Company, Jindal Vijaynagar Steel, , MAHYCO, Manipal Media Group, Metlife India Insurance, Synopsys Inc., Zeta Infotech, Globelink West Star Shipping LLC Dubai and Wipro.
The programs are acknowledged by our partners for their depth, rigour and customization. The programs ensures commitment and results by the participants and this is measured through action plans conceived and implemented by the participants.
The programmes are designed after pre-studies with the organizations and are, therefore, an optimum mix of cases, simulations, games and classroom discussions involving experience sharing. The participants are also encouraged to discuss problems/issues and seek expert advice from the resource faculty.
The first EEP with ISRO (19 Senior Officers in Administration areas of Indian Space Research Organisation) on “Partnering for Organisational Growth” was held in TAPMI from September 26 to 30, 2011.
