Faculty openings

TAPMI is today amongst the top 1% of B-schools in India and is known for its academic credentials and innovative outlook. The institute, being autonomous, nurtures a culture of flexibility and creativity to help promote high-quality education, training, research and consultancy in management.

Coinciding with 25 years of fruitful work, TAPMI moved into a new 42-acre green campus in January 2009, situated on a hillock, and overlooking a scenic valley. The new campus provides state-of-the-art facilities for management teaching, research, training and consulting, apart from entertainment and recreation. It is fully residential and is equipped with Wi-Fi facility.

TAPMI’s areas of thrust include initiating new academic and training programs, expanding its base of students, creating new centers for furthering academic excellence and increasing relationships with the industry. To support these, TAPMI invites talented, experienced and academically oriented practitioners to apply for faculty positions. Candidates with fresh doctoral degrees are also encouraged to apply. • Pay Scales are on par with best of Private B-Schools in India.
• Allowances include DA, HRA  and Conveyance Allowance etc.
